Navigate worry and find clarity (Series introduction)

Redundancies. A family member who’s unwell. A big event you simply can’t get your head around.

You probably know the feeling: something is on its way, and it’s outside your control. You can’t influence the outcome, and the path from the problem space to the solution space feels completely overwhelming.

Stepping stones across a quiet stream—moving from the problem space to the solution space, one step at a time.

I often meet clients who say the same thing in different words:

“I know worrying doesn’t help … but I can’t switch it off.”

Neither can I — not always. Worry is human. Sometimes it’s trying to protect us, even as it wears us out.

What you can expect in this series

  • Small, accessible exercises you can use anywhere
  • Perspectives that loosen the grip of heavy thoughts
  • Playful methods that make worries concrete and manageable

Disclaimer: These methods blend recognised NLP approaches with my own experience from practice. You may not know them exactly in this form — and that’s completely fine. As we say at NLP Huset: “When something doesn’t work, try something else.” These methods are not a substitute for medical care or emergency help.
