I offer therapy and coaching in Ny Hammersholt (Hillerød) and Valby, as well as online.

I support you in creating more calm, clarity and new possibilities within:

My sessions are based on a combination of coaching and NLP psychotherapeutic tools.We work with what is present for you — the thoughts, emotions or patterns you want to understand better, accept or change. Together, we create movement in what feels out of balance, so you can find more calm, clarity and direction.

🌿 Prices

Before we begin a course of sessions, I offer a free, non binding and confidential introductory call.
In this conversation, we talk about what you would like support with, what you are experiencing right now, and what feels important for you. I also explain how I can support you and the methods I work with. This gives both of us a sense of whether we are the right match.

1 session of 60 minutes: 900 DKK

Clip card: Book and pay for all 3–5 sessions at once — all appointments are scheduled in the calendar from the start, giving you a steady and supportive framework for your process.

  • • 3 sessions (3 × 60 min): 2,400 DKK. Save 300 DKK.
  • • 5 sessions (5 × 60 min): 4,000 DKK. Save 500 DKK.

From time to time, I offer sessions at a special reduced rate,as I occasionally look for training clients in connection with therapeutic postgraduate education.Feel free to reach out if you are curious or would like to hear more.

Payment via MobilePay (+45 28472242), cash, or bank transfer no later than 5 days after the session has taken place.
