Maybe you re at a point where your thoughts are loud, your body reacts, or your sense of direction has become unclear.
Maybe you long for more calm, better overview, or a safe space where you can talk about what feels heavy — without having to perform.
NLP therapy helps you understand your thought and emotional patterns, soothe the nervous system, and create small, realistic changes that make a difference in everyday life.
We work at your pace, with presence, method and respect for all parts of you.
🌿 What is NLP therapy?
NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming and is based on the connection between brain, language and behaviour.
NLP therapy was developed in the 1970s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, who studied how skilled therapists created change. They identified patterns in how people think, feel and communicate — and how these patterns can be shifted.
The core idea is simple: brain, language and behaviour are interconnected. When we change one layer — for example our inner dialogue, bodily reactions or the way we organise thoughts — the others shift too. Hjerne, sprog og adfærd hænger sammen. Når vi ændrer ét af disse lag – fx vores indre dialog, kropslige reaktioner eller måden vi organiserer tanker – påvirker det de andre.
NLP therapy works with both the inner and the outer world:
- thought and emotional patterns
- nervous system responses
- habits and inner dialogue
- relationships and communication
- values, direction and decision making
The methods are gentle, practical and rooted in the body.
🌿 My therapeutic approach
I work integratively — combining NLP psychotherapy, coaching, nature based understanding and communication — so you receive insight, practical tools and experiences you can use right away.
Relationships, psychological safety, human clarity and personal development are the foundation of everything I do.
We work with:
- the body’s signals as guides
- the interplay between body, mind and environment
- a nature based and embodied approach
- a curious, creative and playful way of exploring
- a space where surroundings are used as regulating elements
This creates a grounded, modern and safe approach to change. It is not “nature therapy” in the traditional sense — but nature’s rhythm, logic and calm are woven into how I work as a therapist.
