Who I am \u2014 and what I bring<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

My name is Mette, and I work at the intersection of therapy, coaching, natural science and human wellbeing. I support both private clients and leaders in finding calm, direction and inner strength \u2014 in a safe space where you don\u2019t have to perform, but can simply be yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am trained as a biologist and parasitologist and have more than 14 years of experience in pharma and medtech as a specialist, consultant and leader. I am also a certified NLP Master Coach and currently training as an NLP psychotherapist. This means I understand both the inner human landscape \u2014 thoughts, emotions, patterns and relationships \u2014 and the outer structures that shape our working lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside my current employment at Agilent Technologies, I offer therapy and coaching through MindSpring Consulting in my sparetime. My approach is calm, present, nature based and grounded in both biology and psychology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nature and the presence of animals are an important part of my own grounding, and I bring that sense of calm into my work. This means you may experience a bodily, creative and nature inspired approach, where new perspectives can emerge in a safe and curious space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe growth happens when we feel met, understood and taken seriously \u2014 and when there is room for playfulness, lightness and small steps that make a real difference. I am married and a mother of two teenagers, and my own family life has given me deep insight into relationships, communication and the dynamics that shape us as human beings. My personal and professional journey has been guided by deep curiosity about people and cultures.<\/strong> Years of living and working abroad have taught me to appreciate both our differences and what we share.
This shapes how I meet people: openly, curiously and with genuine interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
